Translators(Current and future projects) <——C’mon guys PLEASE!!!
Japanese to English preferably…..unless you have a good reason to make me think otherwise.
Workload: Varies according to your schedule. You can chose what you want to do.
Competency:
JPLT level 3 minimum.Lvl 2 and above, you have the job period. The levels are just for reference, you don’t have to have the actual certification to back it up.
If you don’t know if you meet these requirements, submit a sample translation with raws or a transcript to refer to.I’ll evaluate from there. The work should reflect your ability,or at least show the level of competence I’m asking for.
Please note that I put grammar mastery above kanji, keigo, writing, conversation etc.So don’t worry if you don’t know a thousand kanji.I can’t say I’m that good at kanji either but you should know the basics. So don’t worry if you don’t meet those aspects of the JPLT,but it would certainly be nice if you did.
What is JPLT level 3?

What is JPLT level 2?
[The person] has mastered grammar to a relatively high level, knows around 1,000 kanji and 6,000 words, and has the ability to converse, read, and write about matters of a general nature. This level is normally reached after studying Japanese for around 600 hours and after completion of an intermediate course.
